Event Rental Details
What's Included in the Rental?

2.5 hour party. 30min for set up and last 15min for breakdown. All set up and breakdown must be included in event rental time. You'll get access to at the start of the reservation and by the end of the reservation the space will need to be fully cleared of your belongings and guests.

$150 for additional hour.

Guest count: 40 in total (includes children and adults). If you need a larger capacity, we have additional rooms you can rent to have a bigger capacity. If your guest count is more than 40 people then you will need to get the extra room for state capacity reasons.

3 kid party tables - comfortably fits 18 kids. We can accommodate up to 21 kids (maximum limit), the tables will just be a little cozy.

Outside food, beverage, and decorations welcome (if you are bringing alcohol, we have a $50 cork fee).

No glitter or confetti please. - Please take anything with you that you bring into the space and leave the center in a respectful condition.

Enjoy a playdough station at your event complete with all the best playdough tools your little one loves to explore. Play dough will be freshly made for the party and is taste friendly. - $50

Enjoy an art station with watercolors and postcards. Children can paint their postcard and send it to a love one! One art set per child will be provided (provided up to 15 kids and additional children will be $5 each). - $50

Bedazzle a wand with this fun activity. Children will love coloring and decorating their own fairy wand with gems! (provided up to 15 kids and additional children will be $5 each). - $50

Enjoy a craft station with paints and an assortment of wooden items to paint. One item per child will be provided. (provided for 15 children and $5 for each child afterwards). - $50

Have your guests enjoy a coffee and tea station at your event complete with different flavor syrups, sweeteners, and milk (pick up to two milk choices: whole milk, 2% milk, half and half, oat milk, or almond milk) ($100 for 30 adults) - $75

Have your littles enjoy a juice bar station at the party with various juices and lemonade with chopped fruit to mix and enjoy (will include up to three types of drinks and two types of fruit). - $50

Small Party Room for $60/hr
Need extra space? Add a separate room for adults to enjoy their own space. The room comes with a table and it allows extra 15 people to guest count. Please note: room is right across the play center and the play area still needs adult supervision as childcare is not included.

Large Party Room for $125/hr
Need a lot of extra space? This room comes with several tables and it allows extra 30 people to guest count. Please note: room is down the hall from the play center and the play area still needs adult supervision as childcare is not included.
Additional Information
Catering:
We recommend chick fil a for breakfast, and for lunch food you can use these places: Vintage Pizza, Peace Love and Pizza, Papa John's, Surcheros (tacos), Zaxby's, Shake Shack, and Publix catering which is all within a 10min radius of Little Breaks.
Booking Terms:
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final balance will be charged at the conclusion of the party. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A 3% transaction fee is added to all booking totals. Party date is reserved once deposit has been received. Dates are first come first taken. The center is opened at the start of the reservation and it will be closed at the end of the reservation time.

The invoice becomes final seven (7) days prior to the event date:
