Looking for Party Coordinator

Location: Little Breaks – Alpharetta, GA
Position Type: Part-Time (Primarily Weekends)

Do you love celebrating birthdays, working with children, and creating unforgettable experiences for families? Little Breaks is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Birthday Party Coordinator to help host amazing birthday celebrations at our indoor play center!

 

As the Birthday Party Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for birthday families during their event. Your goal is to ensure every party runs smoothly so parents can relax and enjoy celebrating with their child.

What You'll Do

• Welcome birthday families and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.

• Introduce yourself to the birthday child and help make them feel extra special.

• Assist families with unloading party supplies and getting settled.

• Set up and reset party spaces before and after each event.

• Keep the party on schedule and guide families through the event timeline.

• Check in regularly with parents to see if they need assistance.

• Help serve food, drinks, cake, and distribute party favors as needed.

• Assist with candles, singing "Happy Birthday," and creating memorable moments.

• Monitor the play area to ensure children are playing safely.

• Keep party spaces clean, organized, and stocked throughout the event.

• Handle cleanup and prepare the space for the next celebration.

• Provide exceptional customer service that encourages repeat bookings and positive reviews.

• Birthday parties, hospitality, or event hosting

• Customer service or retail experience

• Primarily Saturdays and Sundays

• Some weekday evening availability is a plus

• Flexible scheduling based on party bookings

Looking for Camp Teacher

Little Breaks is looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable Camp Teacher to run school break and holiday camps. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with young children, thrives in a team setting, and loves creating a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily camp activities for young children

• Plan and guide age-appropriate games, crafts, and play experiences

• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment

• Manage camp flow and transitions with confidence

• Communicate clearly with parents and staff

• Model kindness, patience, and leadership at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (teaching, camps, childcare, or similar)

• Strong leadership and classroom/group management skills

• Energetic, dependable, and organized

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• Seasonal camps (school breaks, summer, etc.) - follows Fulton School Calendar

• 8:30am-1:30pm availability required

Looking for Camp Assistant

Little Breaks is looking for a caring, energetic Camp Assistant to help Camp Teacher during  school break and holiday camps. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with young children, thrives in a team setting, and loves creating a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Camp Teacher with daily camp activities

• Assist with games, crafts, and play-based activities

• Help supervise children and maintain safety at all times

• Set up, clean up, and help keep the space tidy throughout the day

• Assist with transitions (snack time, free play, activities, pickup)

• Model kindness, patience, and positive behavior

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred (camp, childcare, babysitting, teaching assistant, etc.)

• Friendly, dependable, and attentive

• Takes initiative - knows their responsibilities and does them without needing to be told

• Able to take direction and work well as part of a team

• CPR/First Aid certification a plus

• Comfortable being active and engaging with young children

Schedule:

• Seasonal camps (school breaks, summer, etc.)

• 9:00am-1:00pm availability required

• Weekday daytime availability required

Perks:

• Pay $15-18 per hour based on experience

• Contract position (1099 form)
